1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and ZOVA TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("Orbit," "we," or "us"). By accessing the Orbit application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Community Eligibility & Social Rules

Orbit is designed for mature social interaction. To maintain a high-quality community, the following rules apply:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old to create an account.
Authentic Identity: Users are required to upload a real and recognizable avatar. Accounts with fake or deceptive profile pictures may be suspended.
Friend-Based Interaction: To prevent unsolicited harassment, Orbit is not a random matching app. Direct messaging is only enabled between users who have mutually followed each other (Friends).

3. Content Monitoring & AI Safety

We are committed to a safe digital environment. Orbit employs advanced AI-driven content monitoring to audit all User Generated Content (UGC) and chat messages in real-time.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for pornography, illegal activities, exploitation of minors, and hate speech. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Reporting & Blocking: We provide robust tools for users to report or block any individual. Our dedicated safety team investigates all reports and completes processing within 24 hours.

4. Gaming Experience (SUD Integration)

Orbit integrates third-party gaming technology provided by SUD (忽然科技). Your use of these games is subject to both these Terms and any specific rules displayed within the game interface. We reserve the right to modify the game catalog at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Orbit brand, software, and proprietary technology are owned by ZOVA TECHNOLOGIES LLC. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host and display your UGC solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOVA TECHNOLOGIES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or interactions with other users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ZOVA TECHNOLOGIES LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
